Private Hell Night
To the best of my knowledge, this was the very first Private Hell Night the East Coast Grill had ever hosted. At the time, the event only spanned a couple of nights around Halloween. The scarcity of seating made any reservations difficult to come by, never mind a group of 40 people.
Planning this with Chris Schlesinger forever influenced the format I would use for future events. Family-style menu with flat-rate, tax- and gratuity-inclusive pricing became my preferred format.
